Important Practice Update – Red Weather Warning

A Red Weather Warning has been issued for our area.

The safety of our patients and staff is a priority. Due to the severe weather conditions, the practice is operating under business continuity arrangements.

What this means:

Routine Face-to-Face Appointments may be postponed or converted to Telephone Consultations.

Urgent and clinically essential care will continue to be provided.

Patients should not travel to the practice unless specifically advised to do so.

If you have an appointment today please wait for contact from the practice or telephone us before travelling.

Need medical help?

For Urgent Medical Advice when the practice is closed, contact NHS 111 Wales.

In a Life-Threatening Emergency, call 999 immediately.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while these weather conditions continue. Updates will be posted on our website and social media channels as the situation develops.

Kind regards
